Mr. Krishna Sai D V holds an educational background and extensive experience in the field of Business Operations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specialized in Marketing from Dayanand Sagar University, where he gained a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of business management. Furthermore, he pursued a post-graduation diploma from MICA (Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad), specializing in a specialized field related to digital marketing and communications. This specialized program equipped him with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in leveraging digital channels to drive marketing strategies and enhance brand presence in the digital landscape. With over 4 years of experience as a Manager at Headout, a startup, he has demonstrated his leadership abilities and operational expertise. His role involved overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. His strategic thinking contributed significantly to the growth and success of the team & organization. In addition to his managerial role, Mr. Krishna Sai D V also managed 5+ years of business experience concurrently with his job. This demonstrates the multitasking abilities and his commitment to continuously expand his business acumen. As the founder of DK Enterprises, his own enterprise, he gained valuable insights into various industries, market trends and customer behaviour, enabling him to make well-informed decisions to drive business growth.
Mr Harish Lakkavalli

Mr. Harish Lakkavalli holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications degree from Mysore University, India. He has earned his PMP certification in year 2000 and then added PgMP, PfMP, RMP and ACP credentials. . Harish Lakkavalli is an experienced manager in the portfolio, program and project management domain having worked in multi-disciplinary domains. With over 20+ year experience in portfolio, program and project management of Information Technology systems and with overall 27+ year experience in Avionics, Mobile communication, Solar power industry and Project/Program management training, Harish has a proven track record of training PgMP/PMP aspirants worldwide, delivering programs and projects to the customer satisfaction through a multi-site, cross-cultural teams in a fast changing global development environment. With his entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship skills, he has built credibility, developed rapport and established good working relationship with stakeholders in a multi-site, cross-cultural global development environment. He was part of the team that built India regional development center of the fortune 500 companies - Sun microsystems and Infineon technologies. He is also part of Avi Solar Energy Pvt Ltd, (www.avisolar.com), one of the leading solar power solution consultancy service providers in India. He is a certified SEI-CMM level assessor and with a good knowledge of ISO standards and was responsible for establishing governance structure for effective off-shore development center management for leading MNCs in India. As a certified project (PMP) and program management professional (PgMP) from Project Management Institute PMI USA, he has trained over 1000+ PMP, PgMP and PfMP aspirants worldwide, leading individuals to achieve PMI certification. With his rich expertise in customer engagement from Pre-sales, proposal preparation, delivery management and end-to-end product development life cycle, and clear thoughts on management, his trainees get benefit from numerous examples leading to building a solid foundation of management concepts. He is an active member of PMI chapter, Bangalore and other professional associations. Pramod holds a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science from Toronto, Canada. He has specialized in the stream of Cryptography and Biometric Securities. He comes with a career expertise and industry exposure of about 16+ years. Having worked with various organizations across the globe, after a long haul of 12 years at Celstream Technologies and getting to work across all vertical and horizontals, he has chosen to be an entrepreneur and a mentor to several groups and organizations. He is on the Advisory board and Technology SME for startup companies in the silicon valley of India. As an advisory, he supports the organization in Business, Benefit and strategic alignment. He also employs himself as a Project Manager on a freelance basis with startups. This is a unique service offered by him to support the startup community. Having been a tech savvy person and urge to build new technology and solutions, with his strong Program and Project Management Expertise, he owns a startup, Transform Biz Solutions catering to various projects, one of the specialties being and, the only company in India to work on a Space Situational Awareness software project. This initiative is supported by a reputed research institute in Bangalore and working towards a futuristic technology to monitor the health and environment of the Space beyond us. With Satellites occupying the orbits around Earth, it has been very important to keep a tab and have threat detection mechanisms to safeguard our environment to live. The solution developed caters to this needs. Training is his passion, be it Technology or Project and People Management. He is passionate about guiding people on to right paths of career for achieving their goals. He obtained his PMP certification in 2018 and has been mentoring people before and since then to pursue their dreams to grow and take next leaps in their career. Having also been trained and lead assessor for the Total quality and process management with CMMI, ISO and ISO 27001, he also fills in the gap of Process compliance and Governance at small, medium and large enterprises and organizations.
